It feels...
like a dream.

suddenly, the 3 months in shanghai felt like 3 hours.
No, those 90 days felt like a story book i've just finish reading.

it doesnt feel like i was in shanghai 24 hrs ago.
it doesnt feel like i am away for 3 months.

everything is upside down.
i am always amazed by the fact that we have the power to remember things, to store memories in our hearts in our minds. But i dont really like memories. I always thought memories cant be trusted. It is what we choose to rmb not exactly what had happened. and i am used to only remembering the good stuff, the bad ones i throw them into the trash. Feelings fades over time. Memories change according to what we want.

I dont have a solution to that. So i am just going keep flashing all that i still rmb in my mind so i can rmb all the good and bad times in shanghai.

When i was on my way to shanghai in the singapore airport 3 months ago, i was only worried abt my luggage. I was paranoid that maybe i am so suay someone wants to steal it before i could collect it. Other than that, i was cool with everything and could smell freedom waiting for me with it's arms wide open.

Just hours before i arrived, i see responsibilities, commitments, and a busy& noisy lifestyle waving their hands at me. I think i've changed, or rather i've grown up a little more. At least i am no longer too lazy to voice my pinions.

and yes, if u haven notice, i am actually back in singapore already.

i really love all the jimi books you got for me and i got so excited when i received the 快递 on saturday.

" 604!" shouted the 快递.
and immediately i dashed from my room to the door ( yes, i left the mini window wide open so i could hear and see anyone who walk pass my hse. i got all so high that i almost forget how to open the door. Then i wanted to call u straight away but my hse is too ulu so the reception is bad and i am afraid i may be too crazy unwrapping the 快递 to even talk properly.

i am sure we are going to miss each other but no worries, no matter how my classmates are going to laugh at me i will go on QQ from now on. i start school from 9 to 6 so we will see each other online.

i dont know if i will love going school as much as going to work when school starts next monday. So i might skip school some days but heck it cos i have internet at home and i can use it in my room. so i will mail u when i have anything i wanna tell u. Oh dear, see what china had done to me, now it sound like a luxury to have internet access at home.

monday was the worst day of my internship.

yes i know i am not suppose to blog and complain or anything. but who cares. I am just going to do it. and if u continue reading then u are also part of this with me.

Now, imagine being an intern as a designer for the passed 10 wks. then suddenly ur boss just decided to be high and treated u as the creative. So u are no longer doing the shit work like cropping images, tracing useless junk. But thinking of concepts, doing things you shouldnt be doing.
Sounds like a good deal isnt it?

well, if u think so then u probably have no idea how helpless i felt.
So after Dumping all the workload on you and making some bullshit promises that he will be there to help etc. The next sec u know, He is no where in the office.

3 concepts, copy, executions, rationale; beginngin to end. all by urself witlythin 10 hrs. not forgetting that my holy hse has no internet and there is no way i can work properly efficiently

Thank God Mark is always there when i needed help. No matter how busy he is he will still reply my text or get back to me asap with solutions. If not for him i really donno what would have happened. i might just say my mac crashed at 4am in the morning there is no way i can do work.

ppl who knows me well knows how much i cannot tolerate the chewing sound.
yes, listen to urself when u eat. if u dont close ur mouth when u chew, u make that sound that will scare the hell out of me.

my opera server was down so i couldnt use the proxy that is why i cant blog.

yes, i am still doing the map since day 01.
and i am only left with 36 days here.
so u do the math, 90-36 and that tells u how scary it is.
both the map and the fact that i have to do it.

i really wished my IAP is 6 months long.

But i am missing my scanner and printers.
it is so inconvenient when i have to do illustrations can.
but nothing can beat not having internet when u have to rush for submission.

i faced that.
and i survived.

my only wish since day 01:
that theres an A3 printer, light box and a proper personal scanner.

okay, i had this really scary nightmare.
I dreamt of my mother nagging with her super high pitch voice outside my room.
The room that i am staying now and that makes it more scary cos she is not supposed to be here. i could still heard that voice in my mind as i type. so u can imagine how bad it is. *big sigh*

the dream got so real that i tot i am going to be drown by her nagging. But thankfully, i managed to wake myself up. and all this happened cos my mother called earlier that night.

so i had a bad night. having to wake up from a terrible dream at 4 in the morning isnt that fun. But on the other hand, praise the Lord that i am done with the map.
thou i am kinda sure that changes have to be done but who cares.

THE ONLY THING THAT SCARE THE HELL OUT OF ME.

there is a discarded TV console outside my flat, infront of the lift.
so i will pass by it EVERYDAY.
it has those glass doors that we need to push to open kind.
and guess wat!
i saw 2 freaking kittens inside!
i wanna die on the spot when i hear the meow meow. then i look around. OMG!
it's inside the TV console. i have no idea who put it there.

so on sunday morning when i go out. it almost scare the hell out of me.
then at night when i go home, i wasnt scared of the dark or ghost.
but i am sooooosoooo sooo afraid that when the lift opens i will see the 2 kittens out of the TV console.

Thank God whoever left it there took it out and kept them somewhere i don want to know.

BUT today.
i saw the 2 kittens eating happily inside again!

kill me.
NO! i am not going to take pictues of the kittens.
wah, i hope they remove them asap before they grow bigger and have the strenght to push open the glass doors.

i dont understand why and how my mother can repeat the SAME story for 2 wks.

she complains the SAME story almost every day over the phone. and i really dont understand how she can do it. i feel like dying when i need to say the same thing for more than 3 times. and there she is repeating and repeating everything again and again and again. i really think it is a supernatural power that only woman over 30 years old possess.

and the other thing abt woman my mother's age is that they talk as thou they live in mountains, so it is as loud and irritating as cars that keep horning. maybe it's just a auntie thing, they like the WHOLE world to know whats going on.

thats our project theme/qns. so we have to explore the notions that are inspired by the word Green.

alright, first day of school is well, bored but we made it fun. i am assigned to the seat right at the back of the room, beside the backdoor and by the window along the corridor.

we are given the privilege to book out of campus once a wk but not on tues&fridays.

working hours starts 9am ends 5.30pm and we have to show our progress every friday. the rest of the time will be ~~free~~ on time on target. as in we do our work and consult whenever we like, provided our mentors are free.

i am excited that school is starting on monday but at the same time i hope i could have one more wk of rest.

i think i really need to make full of this wk end to reorganize all my materials and school stuff. before i get frustrated again when i cant find what i need.

my day starts at 2pm, ends at 7 in the morning

my lunch is at 7pm, dinner at 12 midnight and i spent 90% of the day staring at the screen.

so i would properly be blind and aged 30 years by the end of this month.

i think i would be behind time if i dont finish what i planned to accomplish today.

which means another 3 brand new spreads, that may burn away all the junk food i stuff myself with for the last 2 hours. i really hate and at the same time love typefaces. A perfect typeface sets the topic in place and creates the correct mood for the reader. But finding the correct type takes forever.

It is so annoying to be able to picture exactly what i want in mind, but to not have the discipline to do. and it takes 10x the effort to stay focus without getting distracted by anything.

it slipped my mind that friday is Good friday, i always tot it is in May.

yes, i forget that passover dinner is tml too. so i really have to count on friday that i will be on 1000% on task and everything i planned will work.

i think blogger should do something abt the photo quality. it changes the colour and makes the photo grainy.

alright, i was out with amanda and wenny today. we collected our passports and went to watch Alice in Wonderland 3D. okay cant wait for next wk so we can meet up again.

i thank God that i can have this holiday break thou it is not as luxurious as the previous time where its more than 2 months. But at least i can have a break and slow down the rushing pace. its really nice to be able to meet up with Amanda and wenny (yes, KGX I REALLY HOPE WE CAN MEET UP SOON SOON SOON) to sit down and talk.

Also,its nice to not do anything related to design with my com & internet. and definitely to spend my money on food, FOOD AND FOOD instead of paper,glue,blades,printings ...

i think i have enough rest this wk. so time to start working on the publication which may once again turn me into a i-dont-have-time-to-care-unless-u-are-impt-to-me person. haha. alright, i should start by really PACKING MY ROOM which is still in a mess after i chucked all the works from pasar malam.

i think i will miss being in class doing all sorts of silly things, laughing out LOUD & nonstop, talking nonsense, forcing ppl not to do work, staying up late doing anything but projects, then dozing off in class, eating pocky and all sorts of junk food from north canteen, hoping that ms ong never finds out that we didnt consult her, complaining how some lecturers are just so LAZY, staring into our macs pretending that we are thinking abt our concept, act cute and ask around for charger when no one brings it, always forgetting abt our TAP TAP and stuck outside some stupid door, flooding the printing shop and print like free, skipping class esp on fridays then go for breakfast at macs, always cant decide what to eat and end up eating junk food, being racist and make fun of each other, bullying IB cos he deserves it haha for always being the bad influence, repeating over and over again how ama say HEY! looking forward and paying 100% to giraffe's presentations, dionne's jokes,helping each other and be late for submission tgt, complain again and again why we have to take retail and entp modules, ask around and see who hasnt done anything when submission is in 1wks time, then conclude whose the laziest and try to be even lazier, be so sick looking at our own tea packaging that drag FOREVER, wishing we were dead on every tues instead of being stuck in 626 when tea lesson NEVER ENDS! cos it's 4hrs of doing nothing, taking Queue no. for consultations when lecturers threaten us that its graded, praying that someone will ask for extension when we cant finish our work, then heck everything and slp cos projects are extented, then at the end of the day we still cant finish, so we extend again,

and definitely doing everything that are mention above with haz, ama, nat, km, ~~faiz~~ ~~fa cai~~ PAN! DA! *insert chevady voice*, wantan, jaddul, and everyone else in class.
